The Company
RedPepper Recruitment specialises in the Recruitment to Recruitment market. We’re based in 5star offices in the heart of Manchester City Centre and work with recruiters across the UK, placing Consultants through to Directors in a variety of Recruitment Companies.
The Recruitment Industry is a huge £multi-billion industry, and 2010 is gaining momentum fast, the market is buoyant again with high demand for good recruiters.
It’s an exciting time for us and we are looking to expand by hiring bright, talented consultants in Manchester to manage our existing key accounts and to grow the business. We’re a no-nonsense company, we offer consultants support from day one, including a structured 6 week induction and training programme, both internally and through external companies. The Right Person
This role requires an individual with previous recruitment experience, ideally having worked in a professional sector from either a temporary or permanent discipline. You’ll need excellent communication skills on the phone, face to face and written and will be used to juggling lots of tasks at once, with the initiative to prioritise your daily activities to ensure you get the best out of each day. You’ll have an appetite for seeking out the best talent to represent (often hard to find candidates that will require determination and tenacity to deliver results) and will be passionate about providing a quality service to both your clients and your candidates.
We don’t micro-manage, so you’ll need to work on your own initiative and will have realistic monetary targets to work towards. We’ll reward you with a transparent commission structure and incentives.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a desk covering permanent recruitment based in an established office in central Manchester, responsible for the North West. You’ll be involved in the complete recruitment process and will have the opportunity to progress through the company to a senior level with management options.
Our market is candidate led and we are constantly working on new roles; due to demand the turnaround on interviews and placements is extremely fast, so it doesn’t take consultants long to earn some juicy commission!
