This is a great opportunity for a Junior Consultant to join a fast growing, established Accountancy & Finance Recruiter in Manchester. Specialists within this market, you’ll be joining a developing company that works in the international market and has clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. This company has high quality offices located centrally with good local amenities.

The Right Person

We are looking for a successful sales consultant, or a recruitment consultant with either temp or perm recruitment experience and up to 2 years in the recruitment industry. Ideally you’ll be of graduate calibre and will have experience of recruiting in the accountancy & finance sector, or similar professional recruitment sector; you’ll have a stable work history, and have high energy levels, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly will be skilled in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing a profitable desk. As this is a busy office, you’ll need to be highly organised, with the ability to juggle numerous tasks at once, providing a quality service - seeking out the best talent for your clients.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for working side by side with the MD where there is already established clients and vacancies for you to work on. You’ll learn from their experience as they work and train you 1-2-1 in a very hands-on approach. There are already established candidates to work with and vacancies as so the focus is on matching the two, effectively the best part of the recruitment process. There is huge opportunity to progress through the company as they grow and fast track people through the company.
