Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain

£20-25K basic salary

Monthly Commission plus placement bonuses

The Company

This Manchester based consultancy specialises in the supply of permanent candidates into the Supply Chain market. They have an enviable client base which includes a large number of blue chip and household retail names, not to mention a fantastic database of candidates.

The Right Person

You’ll be an experienced permanent recruitment consultant, ideally with experience of Supply Chain, covering either retail, FMCG or 3PL markets across the UK. You’ll have experience of the complete recruitment process and ideally will have worked some executive level placements covering search and selections techniques or retained assignments. It is essential that you are able to research the market proactively to win new business and network for exceptional candidates.

The Role

You’ll be joining a very established team of specialist recruiters in the Manchester area. You’ll benefit from state of the art recruitment software and will immediately inherit warm accounts but will be required to develop new business on an ongoing basis. You’ll be required to work autonomously however will be joining a solid team environment.
