The Company

This is specialist IT & Engineering recruitment consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe is looking for the highest calibre of graduates to train as recruitment consultants in the Manchester office. As a recruitment consultant you will undergo rigorous training to ensure you are working to the best of your ability, you’ll be joining some of Manchester’s finest recruiters and will have a superb commission structure and incentives from day 1.

The Right Person

You will be degree educated or of similar calibre and must have worked in a business to business sales environment (non retail) for the past 12 months. It is essential that you have managed the whole sales process, from cold calling to gain new business to negotiating and closing sales, and have maintained on-going relationships with customers. You will also have worked in a target driven environment and will be competitive by nature, motivated by money and success. It is essential that you have proven ambition, resilience and tenacity to become one of the best recruiters within this office.

The Role

You’ll join as a graduate trainee recruitment consultant and will undergo full training both 1-2-1 and classroom style. Working alongside a mentor you will be set targets on a weekly and monthly basis. No two days are ever the same in recruitment, your role will be varied and you will always have plenty to do! You will have a variety of incentives to motivate you including lunch clubs, company car targets, and fully paid for 5* weekend breaks, you will also have commission where you will expect to double, if not triple your basic salary.
