This is a well renowned, specialist Recruitment Consultancy with a number of UK offices, the company recruits into a number of niche markets placing candidates into roles nationally and internationally. The Manchester team is looking to expand to meet the market demands and requires a tenacious and highly ambitious recruitment consultant with experience in a professional recruitment discipline such as IT, Accountancy, Finance, or Legal
The Right Person
You will need to demonstrate considerable recruitment experience; you’ll be used to working in a targeted and fast paced environment and will be highly self motivated. You will want to work within a highly lucrative market, and will enjoy the challenge of learning a new sector and recruiting at a senior level.
You’ll be able to work and achieve targets when left to your own devices, so this position will only suit well organised, self managed consultants, not consultants who are KPI driven, requiring micromanagement. You’ll have a diverse range of recruitment skills including headhunting, networking, new business development as well as some exposure to retained assignments or executive level recruitment.

The Role
Operating in a niche market, you’ll be trained in your specialism and will inherit a client and candidate base, however will be required to develop new business, networking with companies across the UK and internationally. Based in Manchester city centre, you’ll be joining a large and extremely successful team of recruiters with top billers achieving in excess of £400K (during a recession!).
