The Company

This is a specialist healthcare recruitment consultancy in the North West of England. They are experiencing phenomenal growth and have identified a need to expand the business from healthcare to cover social care also. We are looking for an experienced social care recruitment consultant to join this established team of recruiters and develop a new sector specialising in both qualified and unqualified social carers and workers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter to develop their career quickly in a rewarding environment, working closely with the company Directors during this next phase of growth.

The Right Person

It is essential that you are an experienced recruitment consultant and have worked in the social care sector, placing qualified and unqualified social carers and workers in the North West. As this is more of a start up desk you will need to demonstrate good business development skills and the ability to manage clients successfully. You’ll be used to working in a fast paced and often demanding environment but won’t compromise on quality, ensuring you deliver the best possible results. This is a key hire for the company as they embark on their next phase of growth, you can expect to be well looked after with great opportunities to develop your career.

The Role

You’ll join an extremely successful team with over 10 years experience in the healthcare sector, not only will you have the benefit of joining a very buoyant market but you’ll also have exceptionally achievable targets and a generous commission structure. The majority of your placements will be into the private sector and your focus will be on permanent vacancies across the North West and Yorkshire.
