The Right Person
It is essential that you are fluent in English, and can also speak either Dutch or German to a proficient, high standard. Ideally you will also have considerable recruitment experience, although professional, astute sales professionals will also be considered for this role. It is essential that you have worked in a business to business sales environment, developing strategic client relationships and have full cycle sales skills. You’ll show initiative in lead sourcing, negotiating and closing business in an intelligent and creative way.
You’ll be able to work and achieve targets when left to your own devices, this position will only suit well organised, self managed consultants, not those who are KPI driven, requiring micromanagement.
The Role
Operating in a niche technical market, you’ll be trained in your specialism (and recruitment if necessary) and will inherit a client and candidate base, however will be required to develop new business, networking with companies and candidates across Europe.
You’ll be joining a highly acclaimed, award winning company at the top of its game, and will benefit from a stable and extremely rewarding working environment. You can expect to achieve a minimum of £60K OTE in your first year, although earnings are uncapped and you’ll be operating in a buoyant market. You’ll also benefit from monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including 5* holidays and regular company events.
