£22-28K basic salary

Uncapped monthly commission scheme, quarterly bonus and annual incentives

This is a specialist boutique recruitment consultancy, established over 10 years ago, the Manchester office is expanding and looking for experienced recruiters from a variety of professional backgrounds including Media, Sales & Marketing, IT or Accountancy. The Right Person

You will need to demonstrate your experience as a recruiter with a track record of billings, new business development, account retention and candidate attraction skills. It is essential that you have recruitment agency experience, and that your role has encompassed the complete recruitment lifecycle. Ideally your experience will come from a permanent recruitment specialism and you will have worked on senior level placements.

The Role

You’ll be joining a team of consultants split onto 5 different market sectors; the team is well established and stable, you will recruit across the UK. Your role will involve the development of a specific market, meeting PSL demands, tendering for new business, headhunting and networking to generate new candidates and face to face meetings with your client base. In return you will be awarded with an industry leading commission scheme and incentives.
