The Company

This International Search & Selection company operates in Technical, Engineering, Logistics and Telecoms markets, they have an enviable client list comprising of multi-national blue chip companies and place mid to senior level managers across the globe. Their Northern office is based in South Manchester and they are looking for experienced recruitment consultants either from an executive search background or recruiters looking to move into this market and develop their skill set further.

The Right Person

Operating at this level requires a great deal of tenacity, patience and professionalism, it is essential that you are articulate and confident when conversing with senior management, your role will involve a large amount of headhunting and networking to gain the best candidates and you’ll be working with key decision makers within large blue chip companies so it is essential that you are able to establish solid relationships at this level. Strong negotiation skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to research, map out companies and identify suitable candidates to develop a database of qualified leads to action.

The Role

You’ll be joining a team with existing vacancies to work on immediately, your role will also require you to develop new business and you will focus on permanent placements only on a national and international remit. You’ll benefit from an extensive database of both candidates and prospects to contact, and will focus on technical markets with candidates commanding salaries in excess of £100K.
