The Company
This multimillion pound company is a specialist within the IT Recruitment market, they are listed on the Virgin Fast Track 100, and have stunning office space in Manchester. They are looking to expand across Europe over the next couple of years and are looking for graduates with 12 months+ proven business to business sales experience in Manchester for their next phase of growth.
The Right Person
To be considered for this position it is essential that you currently work within a business to business sales role. Ideally you will have experience of a complex sell, or will have sold a concept or solution. You’ll be confident in a customer facing role; will have excellent objection handling and negotiating skills, along with exceptional communication skills. You’ll need to be highly driven and ambitious, able to manage your time and workload effectively, often juggling a number of tasks at once, demonstrating flexibility by adapting to changing demands whilst staying focused on the overall target.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for a very talented graduate to break into the recruitment industry. This role encompasses the complete recruitment life-cycle; you’ll be responsible for developing new business, by utilising the marketing team, cold calling companies across the North West and extending the existing company contacts by evaluating hiring needs and acting quickly upon them. You’ll be interviewing candidates, negotiating with them and your contacts within companies (clients) to secure employment contracts, and monitoring relationships on an ongoing basis. No two days will ever be the same, and you will often be called out of the office to attend meetings, and may have to work longer hours to ensure you meet deadlines. Recruitment is extremely fast paced, often demanding but very rewarding, so please only apply if you are serious about this as a career!
